Wendy Mannion
MNRRI, MA, BSc (Hons) Psych, M.Ps.S.I, MBPsS, Nutritionist, Founder and CEO of The Dream Edit ®
Based in Dublin City, Wendy has been in private practice since 2009, Reflexology being the first of her trainings. She is now one of the few Master practitioners of Reflexology in Ireland, specialising in gastro intestinal mapping, the nervous system and female hormone health and specialises working with executives and high performing busy individuals.
A trained Nutritionist and Iridologist, Wendy’s background has also been rooted in Herbalism the last 13 years. She is currently going into her 4th year of a 4 year long Licentiate to practice Master level Medical Herbalism. She also holds Masters Degrees and BSc Honours Degrees in both Psychology and Human Sexuality, and can bring her trainings in Mental Health & Nutrition to all her treatment plans to bring about a more holistic whole body feeling of wellbeing to those she treats.
Renowned in Dublin for her ‘Biohacking Wellness Plans’, Wendy is extremely passionate about her work and takes a particular interest in not only the relationship we hold with ourselves as paramount, but how mental strain affects our wellbeing, and specialises in helping clients reduce stress and regain a sense of balance in their lives. Her client list boasts a long string of Ireland’s biggest celebrities and CEO’s in Europe.
Wendy is also Founder and CEO of The Dream Edit ® a newly launched supplement company nourishing high achievers through science backed, targeted supplementation for Stress Management, Sleep, Focus & Concentation, Digestive and Gut Health, along with Magnesium.

Women’s Health has been a particular interest of Wendy’s for over a decade. She has helped Women reduce/eliminate symptoms of PCOS, Endometriosis, Peri-Menopause, Menopause as well as assist in their Fertility Journeys, throughout their Pregnancies, all the way to Postpartum Rejuvenation.
Wendy abides by the NRRI code of ethics in all her therapies and is committed to participating in continuous professional development.
